Cultural Insight
Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Fira: In the old days, when everyone was still using landline phones, people would answer the phone by saying their name, or their family name. But nowadays, the majority of households rely solely on mobile phones, and so people can usually see who’s calling on the phone screen. That’s why people no longer answer with their names. Most often people will answer the phone by just saying Halo.

Eric: And that’s all for this lesson and this series. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes. Thank you for listening, everyone!
